How Our Pricing Works
Our management fee is calculated as a percentage of the monthly rent, but the percentage decreases as the rent increases. This means you pay less as your property value goes up.
- Minimum Fee: $180/month (no property pays less than this).
- Maximum Percentage: 15% (for properties at $1,000/month).
- Minimum Percentage: 10% (for properties at $2,000/month or higher).
Our pricing is always clear, predictable, and capped at $225/month for high-end properties.
